- Monitor and control building access points during overnight hours.
- Conduct routine interior and exterior patrols to ensure safety and security.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergency situations.
- Write detailed daily activity and incident reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and authorized visitors.
- Enforce property rules, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate with property management and emergency services when necessary.
- Monitor CCTV systems and other security equipment.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Prior commercial building security experience preferred.
- Strong communication and report-writing skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Must be dependable and punctual.
- Ability to stand and patrol for extended periods.
- Experience working in high-end commercial office buildings.
- Familiarity with access control systems and CCTV monitoring.
