Officers must be available to respond to staffing requests, maintain professionalism at all times, and effectively adapt to different security environments.
Essential Job Functions
- Provide security coverage for last-minute staffing needs and scheduled absences.
- Perform access control, patrol services, and site-specific security duties.
- Complete detailed incident reports, daily activity reports, and operational documentation.
- Maintain consistent communication with Dispatch and assigned Operations Managers.
- Adhere to company policies, client post orders, and operational procedures.
- Respond professionally to incidents, emergencies, and customer service requests.
- Utilize computer-based systems for reporting, scheduling, and communication.
- Valid Florida Driver's License.
- Clean Driving Record.
- Valid Florida Security Officer Class D License (preferred).
- Reliable personal transportation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literacy and proficiency with basic technology applications.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
