Part-Time: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday — 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM (24 hours/week).
Responsibilities:
- Patrol and monitor residential property to ensure safety and security of residents and premises.
- Prepare and submit detailed incident and activity reports.
- Utilize security software and technology tools efficiently.
- Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies. Maintain a professional and visible presence on-site.
Requirements:
- Valid and active Class D Security License (Florida).
- Clean driving record.
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Tech-savvy; proficient with reporting tools and relevant technology.
- Excellent communication and observation skills.
