Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Store Manager to lead our retail operations and drive store performance. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing and developing the sales team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for Locksmith, Security, Access Control, and CCTV solutions, along with a proven ability to achieve sales targets through effective team leadership, operational excellence, and strategic sales initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and staff scheduling.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to achieve targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
Experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus but not required.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new techniques for improving sales performance.
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and implement effective strategies.
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
