TEAM INSTALLER / WINDOW INSTALLER / GLASS BLOCK WINDOW INSTALLER/ WINDOW INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN
Pay Range: $37,500 to $43,600 per year Base pay possible bonus’ incentives, and OT

Responsibilities
- Showing up to work on time and doing everything necessary to get the job done correctly.
- Professional and courteous at all times when interacting with customers and co- workers.
- Work with the lead installer as a team to ensure work site is set up.
- Work with the lead installer as a team to perform basic to routine glass block window installations.
- Work with the lead installer as a team to perform work site tear down and cleanup of the job site.
- Maintain the truck(s) and equipment. Make sure everything is neat, clean, and in proper working order.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to lift/carry objects up to 60 pounds.
- Satisfactory background check and drug screening
- Working knowledge of hand, power tools, and reading a tape measure
- Good communicator
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ambition to excel to the next level in work and life
- Pay will be based on experience
Schedule
- Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm (or when the job is completed)
Compensation/Benefits
- $37,500 to $43,600 per year
- Pay will be based on experience
- 90 day probationary period
