Pay Range: $17.50 per hour possible bonus incentives

Responsibilities

• Showing up to work on time and doing everything necessary to get the job done correctly.
• Professional and courteous at all times when interacting with customers and co- workers.
• Build glass block windows and panels in a safe and timely manner to provide our customers with the highest quality product possible
• Use pallet jack to move work materials (pallets, etc.)
• Move windows and work materials (glass blocks, pallets, etc.)
• Unload shipments of materials
• Maintain a clean shop area and warehouse

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to lift/carry objects up to 60 pounds.
• Satisfactory background check and drug screening
• Working knowledge of hand, power tools, and reading a tape measure
• Good communicator
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ambition to excel to the next level in work and life
• Pay will be based on experience

Schedule

• Monday-Friday (<32 hours)

Compensation/Benefits

• $17.50 per hour possible bonus incentives
• Pay will be based on experience
• 90 day probationary period
