Pay Range: $17.50 per hour possible bonus incentives

Responsibilities
- Showing up to work on time and doing everything necessary to get the job done correctly.
- Professional and courteous at all times when interacting with customers and co- workers.
- Build glass block windows and panels in a safe and timely manner to provide our customers with the highest quality product possible
- Use pallet jack to move work materials (pallets, etc.)
- Move windows and work materials (glass blocks, pallets, etc.)
- Unload shipments of materials
- Maintain a clean shop area and warehouse
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to lift/carry objects up to 60 pounds.
- Satisfactory background check and drug screening
- Working knowledge of hand, power tools, and reading a tape measure
- Good communicator
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ambition to excel to the next level in work and life
- Pay will be based on experience
Schedule
- Monday-Friday (<32 hours)
Compensation/Benefits
- $17.50 per hour possible bonus incentives
- Pay will be based on experience
- 90 day probationary period
