Summary Of Position
Performs administrative activities for Security First Managers (Company). Work involves supporting and maintaining positive relationships with agents and agencies through assistance in contracting, compliance, and issue resolution related to Company systems. Responsible for completing assigned projects and delivering accurate, detailed reports on findings. Assists in contracting, changing, and terminating agents appointed to the Company; maintains online records and completes necessary audits. Processes monthly system clean-up reports from Corporate Analytics. Provides support to agents by answering questions, providing reports and system information, and directing calls to the appropriate departments. Tracks and maintains agent appointments with the Department of Financial Services (DFS); investigates compliance issues as needed.

Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One (1) year of experience in an administrative role
- OR an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience
- May be required to possess a valid state of Florida driver’s license
- Florida property & casualty (P&C) 440 license
- Prior data entry, administrative or insurance related-experience
