Professional Security Consultants (PSC) is currently seeking full-time and part-time Security Officers for afternoon/evening shifts at Southpark Center, located at 500 Southpark Center, Strongsville, OH 44136.
Starting Pay: $13.75 an hour
Job Objective:
Maintain a safe and secure environment by providing visible deterrence, assisting guests, enforcing rules, and ensuring access control in a major shopping center setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enforce company policies and client rules
- Maintain high visibility and conduct detailed patrols
- Provide access control and theft prevention
- Generate accurate incident reports
- Communicate effectively with the public and emergency responders
Required Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Proficiency with 2-way radios and mobile communication
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years old
- Valid Driver’s License or State ID
- Eligible for Ohio Security Guard License
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Drug-free and reliable
