Security Finance is seeking a results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact strategic initiatives that support business growth, operational expansion, and enterprise transformation. This role combines hands-on project execution with strategic leadership, focusing on revenue-generating initiatives, new market expansion, and continuous operational improvement. The Senior Project Manager will partner closely with executive leadership, Corporate teams, Operations, and IT to drive meaningful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth, Expansion, and Innovation:
- Lead strategic initiatives focused on revenue growth, market expansion, and entry into new states
- Partner with leadership to develop and execute business strategies and operational plans
- Identify opportunities to increase leads, improve performance, and drive profitability
- Support evaluation of new markets, including regulatory and operational readiness
- Lead or support technology transformation initiatives, including evaluation and replacement of critical systems
- Partner with IT and business leaders to implement scalable, modern solutions
- Own full project lifecycle including project plans, scope, timeline, budget, resources, risks, issues, and documentation
- Lead large, complex, cross-functional projects and programs
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Drive accountability across teams to meet project goals and business objectives
- Remove obstacles and protect teams from scope creep and non-prioritized work
- Champion Agile frameworks and PMLC methodologies
- Proactively identify, monitor, and mitigate risks across projects and strategic initiatives
- Provide leadership with visibility into project health, risks, and performance metrics
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk
- Act as a change agent, driving adoption of new processes, systems, and initiatives
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership
- Ensure transparency regarding project status, risks, timelines, budgets, and resources
- Serve as a liaison across business units to ensure alignment and accountability
- Mentor and coach team members on project management best practices
- Assist with portfolio management and prioritization of strategic initiatives
- 4 years of experience leading and managing projects and project teams
- Proven ability to manage project plans, budgets, scope, risks, and resources
- Strong understanding of business strategy, growth initiatives, and operational expansion
- Ability to connect project outcomes to revenue impact and business performance
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated experience in risk management and issue resolution
- Proven ability to mentor, coach, and influence teams
- Strong business judgment, including knowing when to make decisions vs. escalate
- Experience with project management tools and tracking systems
- Proficiency in Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
- Experience working with Agile frameworks and PMLC methodologies
- Experience in consumer finance, financial services, or insurance industries
- Experience supporting multi-state operations or expansion efforts
- PMP, CSM, or other Project Management or Agile certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
- Hybrid role based in Spartanburg, SC Corporate Office
- In-office 3 days per week, remote 2 days per week
