Regional Operations Manager

Role:The Regional Operations Manager leads and supports security operations across multiple client locations, ensuring effective staffing, emergency preparedness, operational compliance, investigations, armed responder readiness, physical security programs, and exceptional client service.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have or be able to obtain a valid State Security License.
• Must successfully complete armed training and maintain a valid pistol permit.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
• 8 years of progressive security leadership experience.
• 5 years of multi-site, regional, or comparable operational leadership experience.
• Experience leading security personnel, investigations, emergency response activities, and contracted security services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead regional security operations across assigned client facilities.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, equipment accountability, and operational performance.
• Ensure armed responder readiness and emergency response preparedness.
• Conduct site inspections, security assessments, and operational reviews.
• Enforce company policies, client requirements, and security procedures.
• Manage incidents, investigations, corrective actions, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with law enforcement, emergency responders, client leadership, and vendors.
• Oversee access control, visitor management, surveillance systems, and physical security technology.
• Maintain accurate reports, records, and operational documentation.
• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to enhance security programs.
• Promote professional service, operational excellence, and risk reduction across all sites.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Homeland Security, Security Management, Business Administration, Emergency Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of physical security systems, surveillance technology, and access control platforms.
• Experience managing multi-site security operations and client relationships.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
• Ability to walk at least ½ mile and climb commercial facility stairs.
• Ability to work in office, facility, and outdoor environments.
• Ability to travel between client locations as required.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uniform standards.

Education & Experience

Minimum:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of verifiable security, military, or law enforcement experience.

Preferred:

• 5 years of security, military, law enforcement, or operational leadership experience.
• Prior experience managing personnel, client relationships, and multi-site operations.
