Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3pm
Role:
The Site Supervisor oversees daily security operations at a designated site, ensuring the safety of personnel, property, and assets. Responsibilities include supervising officers, enforcing compliance with company/client policies, and serving as the primary contact for client relations and incident response.
Minimum Qualifications
- Valid Mississippi Security Firearm Permit
- Valid driver’s license and good MVR
- Must be 21 years old, pass Armed training, and hold a valid pistol permit
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Security Patrol & Monitoring
- Conduct walking patrols to identify safety/security concerns
- Monitor access points and verify credentials
- Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents per protocol
Security Operations & Compliance
- Enforce procedures per Security Post Instructions
- Lock/unlock doors, manage security systems, monitor surveillance
- Ensure compliance with SEI and client policies (e.g., smoking, loitering, parking)
Reporting & Communication
- Maintain detailed logs of activities and incidents
- Communicate effectively with workforce, clients, and management
- Maintain professional appearance in uniform
Supervisory Responsibilities
Team Oversight & Support
- Guide and support junior officers
- Ensure protocol and customer service standards are met
- Assist with scheduling and shift coverage
Client & Incident Management
- Serve as client contact for concerns/escalations
- Review incident reports and ensure proper documentation
- Support training/onboarding of new personnel
Required Skills & Abilities
Minimum
- Perform well in high-paced/stressful environments
- Strong written, electronic, and verbal communication
- Self-motivated with problem-solving and organizational skills
- Manage multiple priorities
- Remain calm and effective in critical situations
- Comfortable with new technology
Preferred
- 3 years Armed Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience
- 1 year Supervisory and Customer Service experience
Physical Requirements
- Stand/sit for at least 1 hour without break
- Walk ½ mile without stopping
Education & Experience
Minimum
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- 3 years in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement
Preferred
- Verifiable Management experience
