The technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting audio-visual (AV) systems, security technologies, video conferencing setups, lighting systems, and projectors. Additional responsibilities include ensuring successful system integration, testing equipment functionality, and providing technical support to ensure client satisfaction.

- Proficiency in installing and configuring Audio Visual (AV) systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills for AV systems, security equipment, and networked components
- Familiarity with Video Conferencing platforms and related technologies
- Experience working with Lighting systems and Projectors
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals for system installation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer interaction and documentation
- Capability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment
- Preferred: Certifications in AV technology or security systems installation
