1. Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or ticket system, providing timely
and accurate technical support and troubleshooting assistance for our perimeter access control
devices and telephone entry systems.
2. Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve product-related issues,
escalating more complex cases to senior support staff when necessary.
3. Assist customers with installation, configuration, and setup of our products, offering
step-by-step guidance as needed.
1. High school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree or certification in a
technical field is a plus
2. Previous experience in technical support
3. Basic understanding of access control systems, security devices, or
telecommunication systems will be an advantage.
4. Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to analyze and troubleshoot
technical issues efficiently.
