This involves building intuitive and customer centric digital capabilities that enable self-support, efficiencies, and AI driven insights.
The ideal candidate may work remotely but will be required to travel to our home office in Topeka, Kansas or our New York office periodically. Security Benefit associates are working in a hybrid environment with both remote and on-site work.

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
  • Regularly conducting customer discovery meetings, mining for and validating problems, problems, setting success metrics, and leading usability testing
  • Influencing senior leaders and diverse cross-functional teams to align priorities and to resolve critical issues
  • Gathering voice of the customer and translate insights into clear, prioritized product requirements
  • Knowledge of advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI technologies, especially as they apply to insurance (e.g., risk assessment, personalized offerings).

  • Understanding and proactively addresses the cascading impacts of their roadmap inside and outside the organization, including broader business impacts
  • Defining an iterative, vision backed product agenda that solves diverse customer problems and delivers business outcomes
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define go-to-market strategies and deployment activities
