Must have experience working with the security companies, setting appointments for at least five years. Must have at least five years experience working at the office, setting appointments with other companies.

Position Overview:
As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in our sales process by generating qualified leads and scheduling appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a relentless drive to exceed targets. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the growth of our company while developing valuable skills in sales and customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads or databases.
  • Introduce our products and services to potential customers, highlighting key benefits and features.
  • Engage with prospects in a professional and courteous manner, building rapport and trust.
  • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate product offerings persuasively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is desirable.
  • Must have 5 years or more of experience in the field.
  • You must have experience with the security companies, setting appointments.
