Job Summary:
Security 101 is seeking a highly motivated Senior AV Solutions Consultant to drive new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships through the delivery of commercial audio-visual solutions. Working closely with Security 101 Account Executives, branch leadership, engineering, and operations teams, this role serves as a trusted advisor for enterprise AV technologies and helps customers design solutions that improve collaboration, situational awareness, communications, and operational performance.
Salary:
Competitive compensation: $200K = On-Target-Earnings (Base Uncapped Commission).

Skills/Abilities:
- Five (5) or more years of commercial AV sales experience.
- Strong consultative sales, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of commercial construction, specifications, and bid processes.
- CTS certification preferred.
- Strong business development and prospecting skills.
- Ability to negotiate and close complex opportunities while maintaining profitability objectives.
- Proficiency using CRM platforms and sales forecasting tools.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new commercial AV business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Conduct customer discovery meetings, site surveys, and needs assessments.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop complete system designs and proposals.
- Present, negotiate, and close proposals while maintaining company profitability objectives.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM tools.
- Build and maintain relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, manufacturer representatives, and end users.
- Develop AV solutions across control rooms, security operations centers, emergency operations centers, real-time crime centers, boardrooms, conference rooms, training facilities, auditoriums, direct-view LED, video walls, AV over IP, unified communications, digital signage, and enterprise collaboration technologies.
Education:
- High School Diploma (or GED) required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) certification preferred.
