Multi-Site Flex Officer

Multi-Site Flex Officer – Full Time – St. Joseph, MO

Wage: $16.91-$20.00/HR

This position is for a Flex Officer, and will require training at multiple sites in the St. Joseph, Cameron, Maryville and Weston areas. Flex Officers will be scheduled to cover open shifts, call-offs, vacations, etc., and will not have a set schedule. Pay is per site, but candidate will not make less than $16.91 an hour. Will make more at higher paying sites. Candidate needs to have a flexible schedule and reliable transportation.

What Your Day May Look Like:

• Access control.
• Monitoring cameras.
• Patrolling using the Vision phone.
• Alarm response as dispatched.
• Other duties as assigned by the District Manager or Supervisor at each site.

Position Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
• Standard computer / technology skills needed.
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• 2nd interview required with DM.
