This is a remote position with flexible working hours.
The Data & Solutions Manager (DSM) is responsible for overseeing data management initiatives within the Data Center Team. The DSM provides technical leadership in data analysis, metrics optimization, requirement gathering, data sourcing, query building, data visualization, and formulating management techniques for quality data collection. The DSM supports the standardization, optimization, and automation of strategic initiatives, ensuring data adequacy, accuracy, and legitimacy for the Data Center Team.

Position Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
- Must have the right to work in the US.
- Minimum 3 years of checkable work / education background.
- Must have good IT skills.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must have excellent organizational skills.
- Must have a pro-active approach and have great problem solving skills.
- Must have confidence to suggest and organize better ways.
- Must have great attention to detail and be a self- starter.
- Professional Certificate in Data Analytics and a minimum of five years of data management experience is required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
- Bachelor’s degree in data, information technology, or business economics is highly preferred.
- Proficient using Microsoft products, including Office, Outlook, SharePoint, Power BI, Visio, Power Automate, and other relevant tools to create reports, dashboards, and presentations is required.
- Experience working in a global and a fast-paced, detail-oriented workplace where judgment and professionalism are necessities.
- Work experience in physical security, security operations, construction design specifications, or information technology plus.
- All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
