Campus Supervisor ? Lead Security Operations at a High-Tech Data Center
Wage: $29.00/hour

We?re looking for a confident, motivated Campus Supervisor to oversee daily security operations across multiple data center buildings. If you?re a strong communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to keep a team sharp, this role is a great fit.

As the senior on-site security lead, you?ll guide the Security Building Leader, ensure officers are prepared and equipped, and maintain consistent standards across every post. You?ll manage schedules, monitor compliance, and respond quickly to coverage issues or incidents. Your leadership sets the standard for professionalism and customer service across the campus.

What You?ll Do

• Assist Security Building Leader
• Maintain a professional customer service presence with clients and visitors
• Ensure officers have radios, PPE, badges, and understand emergency procedures
• Conduct hourly post checks and maintain consistent site-wide performance
• Verify that reports, patrols, and operational metrics are completed accurately
• Maintain and update the schedule; communicate changes promptly
• Communicate staffing shortages, open posts, and dark hours to management
• Conduct or delegate post audits and spot checks to ensure compliance
• Investigate incidents, collect statements, and complete documentation
• Monitor compliance with escalation and client-notification requirements
• Assist in corrective actions in partnership with management and HR
• Use platforms such as Outlook, Teams, Slack, Chime, Quip, and Microsoft Forms
• Report and document safety issues, near misses, injuries, and accidents

What You Bring

• Must have strong leadership, supervisory, and management skills
• Preferred: Security experience
• Responsible for overseeing 3?4 buildings
• Manage and maintain schedules for up to 75 security officers
• Proven experience supervising teams
• Ability to manage multi-shift operations in a high-security environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Solid decision-making ability under pressure
• Comfort using communication and reporting platforms
• Preferred: experience with data centers or large industrial sites
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid/AED certification
