This role is ideal for a technically oriented individual with a strong understanding of alarm monitoring centers and central station operations who can translate field knowledge into actionable product direction.
The Product Owner will act as a tactical execution partner to the Product Manager, collaborating closely with engineering, product management, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of new features, integrations, and enhancements.

The How
- Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Product Manager to define and refine product requirements, roadmap priorities, and execution plans for Access and Intrusion solutions.
- Translate business and customer needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of features that align with market and customer requirements.
- Support cross-functional teams (QA, Support, Operations, Sales) in product rollout, testing, and go-to-market activities.
- Evaluate and prioritize incoming feedback, feature requests, and issues from central station operators and field users.
- Monitor market trends and competitor products in the access control and alarm monitoring domain to inform tactical decisions.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and review sessions to ensure alignment and momentum across development efforts.
- Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in intrusion detection, alarm monitoring centers, or central station operations within commercial physical security.
- Strong understanding of access control systems, alarm communication protocols, and central station workflows.
- Proven experience collaborating with engineering and product management teams in a product owner, technical specialist, or system analyst role.
- Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and comfort using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and execution discipline.

Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
