Available Schedule
Thursday-Monday (4:00PM to 12:00AM)
Weekend availability is required.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supervise, coach, and support a team of Security Officers.
- Lead by example while maintaining a professional security presence.
- Conduct routine foot patrols throughout the property.
- Respond to incidents and emergencies with professionalism and sound judgment.
- Complete accurate reports and documentation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between site management and the security team.
- Ensure officers are following post orders, company policies, and customer service standards.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of security experience required.
- Previous supervisory, team lead, military, or law enforcement experience is strongly preferred.
- Active New York State Security Guard License required.
- Active New York State Driver's License required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable using computers and completing incident reports.
- Able to walk and stand for the duration of the shift.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
