Site Supervisor - Full Time

Primary Location: West Side Of Colorado Springs, CO (site may not be accessible by public transit due to shift coverage needs)

Wage: $20.00-$22.00/HR

Schedule: Mon - Fri: 7AM - 3PM (hours may vary for shift coverage due to business needs)

Supervises Security Officers, Lead Officers, and assigned personnel to ensure all post orders, patrols, and reporting requirements are met. Provides leadership, training, and performance management while maintaining high standards of safety, security, and customer service.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with post orders, completion of foot and mobile patrol, and timely incident reporting.
• Supervise, coach, and discipline personnel, document performance and corrective actions.
• Train staff on post duties, procedures, and company expectations.
• Ensure adequate staffing coverage in coordination with management.
• Conduct site inspections and communicate expectations to team members.
• Prepare and submit required reports and documentation.
• Liaise with client representatives to ensure service quality and satisfaction.
• Respond to emergencies and escalate issues appropriately.
• Perform Security Officer duties as needed.
• Exposure to outdoor conditions, stressful situations, and potential safety risks.
• May handle sensitive and confidential information.

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older. 
• High School Diploma OR GED required. 

• Above average computer / technology skills needed.

   

• Impeccable customer service and team leadership skills needed. 
• Must be able to remain calm and professional in stressful situations. 
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift. 
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation. 
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience (5 years preferred).
• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military, or corrections.
• Must have knowledge of security operations, patrol procedures, and incident response.
• Must have an understanding of supervisory practices and ability to motivate staff..
• Must have the ability to meet Colorado Springs Business Licensing Guard Card requirements.
• Must have a  Colorado Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
• Must have the ability to stand, walk, and perform patrols for extended periods; occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.

• May require overtime, irregular hours, and travel between sites.
