The Lead Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing lead direction to Security Officers at assigned client sites on assigned shifts. Observes and reports activities and incidents, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises.

This position pays $23 per hour and requires prior security experience, along with previous Lead or Supervisory experience. A valid California Driver’s License is required for this role. The Lead Officer is responsible for maintaining the security and safety of the client site by providing clear guidance, leadership, and support to assigned Security Officers while ensuring all post orders and client expectations are met.
