Site Supervisor - $23.00/hr

Location: Norwood, MA

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 4:00PM - 12:00AM

Responsibilities:

· Team Leadership: Supervise security officers, ensuring all duties are performed in accordance with post orders and company policies.

· Training & Development: Train new and existing staff, review post procedures, and ensure team readiness.

· Scheduling & Coverage: Coordinate shift coverage and ensure all posts are staffed appropriately.

· Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for client representatives, addressing concerns and ensuring service excellence.

· Incident Management: Respond to emergencies, conduct investigations, and file detailed reports.

· Patrolling & Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections and patrols to ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 2 years of security or supervisory experience required. Candidates that do not meet this requirement will not be considered.

· High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

· Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

· Proficient in intermediate computer use and report writing.

· Reliable transportation and communication required.
