Receptionist – Full Time
Location: Longview, WA
Rate: $25.56-$29.49/hour
Schedule: Mon-Fri 0600-1400
The Receptionist is a key member of the security team supporting this client. Reporting to the Administrative Lead Supervisor, they are assigned to the Visitor Center. Receptionists are responsible for managing and credentialing all visitors who visit the client’s facility and other mission critical duties.
As with all members of the Securitas security team, the Receptionist will strive to maintain a safe and secure environment for the client. They will set the example by modeling professional conduct and providing exemplary customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, contractors, suppliers, and service providers who work on or visit the client’s large, complex industrial site.
The Receptionist is a customer service oriented and support driven position. If you have customer service, receptionist, administrative assistant experience, and exceptional organizational skills, you may be a great fit for this position. Securitas will provide the training and knowledge you need to be successful in this role and the security industry.

Position Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Standard computer / technology skills needed
- Must be responsible, accountable, objective, and have a strong work ethic
- Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner
- Must have a high level of Customer Service experience
- Must have at least ONE YEARS in a similar capacity (Receptionist/Front Desk etc)
- Must be able to take a Critical Test to assess speech, grammar, literacy, multitasking etc.
- Able to work with a wide variety of different people
- De-escalation Skills
