We are seeking individuals with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing a secure environment for our clients.
No experience necessary! If you have retail, food service or hospitality industry background you are a great fit for this role; if not, we will provide you with the training and everything you need for a great introduction to a career in the security industry.
We have openings on mainly 2nd and 3rd shift, both full and part time opportunities available.
Locations can vary by client site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control access to client facilities.
- Perform regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of assigned areas.
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, including medical, fire, and other incidents.
- Enforce security protocols, policies, and procedures.
- Prepare and submit detailed incident and daily activity reports.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and emergency personnel.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and clients.
- Conduct inspections and maintain equipment as required.
- Assist in risk assessments and proactive measures to enhance security.

Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills
- Previous administrative or reception work is mandatory
- High level of professionalism
- Sitting, standing and walking for long periods of time
- Moderate level of computer knowledge needed
- Comfortable greeting and talking to new people
- MUST have GED or HS Diploma
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to complete all pre-employment requirements prior to starting
