Saturday: 11:30 PM – 8:30 AM
Sunday: 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM
Monday: 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM
Tuesday: Off
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM
Position Overview:
We are seeking a professional and experienced Security Officer Supervisor to support operations at a high-traffic commercial location in Brooklyn, NY. The Supervisor will oversee daily security functions, provide leadership to the on-site team, and ensure all post orders, safety protocols, and client expectations are consistently met.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and support a team of Security Officers during assigned shifts
Conduct post inspections and ensure proper staffing coverage
Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies professionally and promptly
Prepare detailed daily activity and incident reports
Serve as the primary point of contact for client representatives during shifts
Ensure all officers follow company policies, procedures, and uniform standards
Assist with training, coaching, and corrective action as needed
Maintain a visible, professional presence and uphold quality customer service
Qualifications:
Valid Security Guard License and 8-Hour/16-Hour Certifications (as applicable)
Prior supervisory or lead experience in security preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to problem-solve and remain calm under pressure
Excellent report writing skills
Must be able to stand, walk, and respond quickly as required
Must be available for the full listed schedule
