Location: Hopewell Junction, NY
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Saturday | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Position Type: Part-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and secure warehouse property, buildings, and surrounding areas
- Conduct routine foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the facility
- Control access to the site and verify employee and visitor credentials
- Maintain accurate activity logs, reports, and documentation
- Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, alarms, and emergencies
- Investigate and report unusual activity or security concerns
- Provide a visible security presence to help deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access
- Communicate effectively with site personnel and management regarding security-related matters
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- Valid NYS Security Guard License (Preferred)
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
- Strong communication, observation, and report-writing skills
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite
- Professional demeanor and dependable attendance
- Previous security experience is a plus, but not required
