We are seeking a polished, customer‑service‑driven Lobby Greeter - Corporate Officer to serve as the primary greeter and first point of contact in a high‑visibility lobby environment. This role requires exceptional professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain a secure, welcoming atmosphere for employees, clients, and visitors. Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, professional greeting to all guests entering the facility
- Deliver high‑level customer service consistent with a corporate environment
- Monitor lobby activity and maintain awareness of all access points
- Verify visitor credentials, issue badges, and manage check‑in procedures
- Support corporate staff and executives with directions, assistance, and information
- Maintain a calm, confident presence during busy periods or unexpected situations
- Document daily activity, incidents, and visitor logs accurately
- Enforce building policies while maintaining a service‑oriented approach
- Communicate effectively with security leadership and building management
Qualifications
- Strong customer service background required (corporate, hospitality, or concierge experience highly preferred)
- Prior security experience in a professional environment
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a corporate lobby
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Valid security license (if required by state regulations)

- Full‑Time, Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Monday & Tuesday 11:0000 PM - 7:00 AM
- Full- Time. Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
