Job Title: Healthcare Security Officer
Pay Rate: $19.50/hour
Schedule:

• Fri, Sat, Sun, Tue: 07:00–15:00
• Mon: 15:00–23:00

Summary
Provides safety and security for patients, visitors, and staff in a healthcare facility through patrols, access control, and incident response.

Key Duties

• Patrol buildings, grounds, and parking areas.
• Control access to restricted areas and monitor entrances/exits.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and calls for assistance.
• Use de‑escalation skills and interact professionally with patients and visitors.
• Complete clear incident and daily activity reports.
• Follow Securitas policies, post orders, and privacy requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Meets legal age/licensing requirements; able to pass background checks.
• Good communication, observation, and report‑writing skills.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods; work in a healthcare environment.
