This officer will need to be available 6AM – 11PM OR 2PM – 6AM (schedules are provided a week in advance and will be stationed at multiple locations).

What You Can Expect:
- Patrol assigned site on foot or in a vehicle; check for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, blocked entrances and exits, and unauthorized persons.
Write detailed incident reports on unauthorized entries, suspicious activity, emergency situations, and any other observed issues.
Utilize rapid and effective judgment in responding to unusual or emergency situations using appropriate escalation of force level.
- Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.
Flex Officer Objectives:
- Staff new accounts until permanent Security Officers can be hired.
- Provide security for short-term special security assignments.
- Support staffing requirements at accounts during shortages due to vacations, call-offs, no shows, suspensions, holidays, etc.
- Assist in start-ups at new accounts including working the site, writing post orders / training checklists, and training newly assigned permanent Security Officers.
- Expect to work on weekends and holidays with limited notice and work during “high need” periods.
Basic Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
Above average computer / technology skills needed.
- Must be able to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
- All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
CPR, AED, and First aid certifications are a plus but are not needed for every site.

Occasional reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling.
Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.
Additional physical requirements may include frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.
