Pay: $18.11/hour ($60,270.08 annually – Kelly Schedule)
Hiring Bonus: $200 after 90 days

What You’ll Do
- Respond to fire, medical, hazardous materials, weather, and facility emergencies
- Perform fire suppression using fire apparatus, hydrants, hose stations, and extinguishers
- Conduct rescue operations, including vehicle, machinery, and high- and low-angle rescues
- Provide medical response including patient care, triage, stabilization, and transport
- Communicate incident details with dispatch, supervisors, and medical personnel
- Assist with hazardous materials spill containment
- Conduct patrols, escorts, access control, and safety monitoring as needed
- Complete required reports, logs, and documentation
Required Qualifications
- NFPA Firefighter I & II
- Hazardous Materials Awareness & Operations
- EMT or EMR certification (Indiana or National Registry)
- Out-of-state certifications must be transferable to Indiana within 90 days of hire
- Ability to meet and maintain all applicable state, county, and local certification requirements
- Ability to meet the physical and certification requirements of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation
