Field Training Supervisor – Full Time – Seattle, WA
Schedule: Monday - Friday 1:30pm-10:15pm
Starting Wage: $28.83/Hour

The Field Training Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the training and development of security personnel. This role involves facilitating training sessions, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with training requirements.
The Supervisor will also create training materials and provide coaching to staff, ensuring that all team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively. The ideal candidate must have strong customer service skills and great communication while adhering to our core values; Integrity, Vigilance, & Helpfulness.
What Your Day May Look Like
- Provide on-the-job training and coaching to specialists as needed.
- Trains employees and job candidates: classroom, on-the-job training, conduct drills, and training in health and safety practices.
- Acts to ensure compliance with legally mandated, contractual, and company mandated training, as required for purposes of certifications and under the terms of client contracts.
- Confers with managers and supervisors to determine training needs and approaches.
- Updates and develops training curriculum.
- Develops training schedules in conjunction with management.
- Organizes training manuals, reference library, testing and evaluation materials, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
- Maintains records and prepares reports to evaluate performance of training activities, and to monitor progress of trainees.
- Document interactions (audits, coaching, etc.) and report findings to leadership.
- Cross train with Training and Development Supervisors to serve as a backup.

Position Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must have reliable means of communication and transportation.
- Minimum of 1 year security, customer service, or hospitality experience.
- Standard computer / technology skills needed.
- Reliable, accountable, punctual, with a strong work ethic.
- Strong verbal / written communication skills.
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus.
- Customer Service background preferred.
- Ability to interact with a wide range of individuals professionally.
- Great attention to detail.
- All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas’ pre-employment screen process, including drug screen and background investigation.
