What Your Day May Look Like
- Principle assistant to the Site Security Manager in providing security services and related operations to the client.
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
- Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
- Assist in service enhancement, audit compliance, scheduling, system monitoring, log maintenance, access rights maintenance, and training officers.
- Secure entrances / exits.
- Conduct patrols inside and outside the client's premises in various weather conditions.
- Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
- Protect evidence or scene of incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations.
- Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Position Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Associate degree and 4 or more years of responsible experience in the security industry and/or business management or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior experience in staff supervision preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong computer / technology skills needed.
- Customer service background needed.
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
- Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout the shift.
- Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation measures.
- All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas’ pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
