Location: Cedar Rapids, IA
Rate: $16.00-$19.00/HR

What Your Day May Look Like:
- Conflict resolution and De-escalation.
- Secure entrances / patrol inside and outside the client’s premises.
- Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
- Identify and report safety issues or hazardous conditions.
- Clearly and quickly report any suspicious activity.
- Provide detailed written witness reports.

Position Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or GED Required.
- Security experience a plus.
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
- Must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift.
- Must have great attention to detail and have the ability to remain vigilant throughout shift.
- Must have the ability to work 2nd and 3rd shifts along with weekends - Will learn 2 - 3 sites.
- Strong computer background & customer service background needed.
