About The Role
We’re looking for a Security Operations Center (SOC) Operator to join our team in Wilton. In this role, you will help monitor security systems, respond to alarms and incidents, and support our clients by keeping their people and property safe.

About The Role
We’re looking for a Security Operations Center (SOC) Operator to join our team in Wilton. In this role, you will help monitor security systems, respond to alarms and incidents, and support our clients by keeping their people and property safe.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor security systems, alarms, cameras, and related tools from the SOC.
- Assess and triage incoming alerts and events according to established procedures.
- Document incidents clearly and accurately in reporting systems.
- Communicate with field officers, supervisors, and client contacts as needed.
- Escalate issues following defined protocols when risk or impact is elevated.
- Follow Securitas values of vigilance, integrity, and helpfulness in all activities.
- Prior security, dispatch, or SOC experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused during routine monitoring.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer skills and comfort working with multiple applications at once.
- Ability to work the fixed schedule: Monday–Friday, 14:00–22:00.
- Hourly pay of $23.00.
- Stable Monday–Friday schedule.
- Training on our systems, procedures, and security standards.
