The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.

Specifics & Requirements
- Have a reliable means of communication ( Email or Phone).
- Have a reliable means of transportation
- Have the legal right to work in the United States. .
- The ability to speak, read, and write English.
- SORA - NJ Security Guard License Required.
- Part -Time Positions based on the event schedule.
- Must be willing commit to the Special Events Schedule.
- Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.)
- Check bags and screen guests to ensure overall safety.
- Control arena access by verifying tickets and credentials.
- Manage crowd control issues during events.
- Provide friendly guest services and direction.
- Perform other duties as required to ensure safety and security at the venue.
- Ability to respond effectively during emergency or stressful situations.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills for handling customer-related situations.
- Weekend, evening, and occasional holiday shifts required.
