Security Liaison

Location: Burlington, MA

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours

Friday, Saturday, Sunday 10am-6pm and Wednesday/Thursday 12pm-8pm

Pay: $21.50 per hour

About The Role

We’re looking for a polished and professional Security Officer who goes beyond traditional security duties — someone who can represent our brand and our clients’ with confidence, poise, and exceptional customer service. In this role, you’ll act as both a protective presence and a relationship ambassador for a group of high-end retail stores.

You’ll be the first point of contact for guests, staff, and vendors — maintaining a secure environment while ensuring the elevated customer experience our luxury retail partners expect.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a welcoming and professional presence for clients, associates, and guests.
• Build positive relationships with store management and staff across multiple luxury retail locations.
• Provide discreet yet effective security oversight to prevent theft, safety incidents, or policy violations.
• Support loss prevention and incident response efforts with tact and professionalism.
• Coordinate communication between store teams and Securitas management.
• Maintain detailed activity logs, incident reports, and store visit documentation.
• Represent both Securitas and our clients’ brands with excellence, integrity, and professionalism.
