- Assist with the management of day-to-day operations of the Security Command
- Required to be on call after hours on a rotating basis to support SCC operations and
- Responsible for ensuring the coordination of maintenance and repair activities for
security integrators and other resources internal to PSEG.
- Review subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance
- Ensuring that all shifts are staffed with qualified personnel.
- Supervise training programs that enhance duties, responsibilities, and conduct
- Assist the SCC Manager in managing and planning security operations to safeguard
terrorism and criminal activities.
- Assist in the resolution of problems and/or conflicts and maintain open
oral reports to ensure satisfaction.
- Continuous review of existing and new security procedures, to ensure the client has
responsibilities.
- Assist in the preparation of required daily, weekly and monthly activity reports for
- Assist in the establishment of process performance metrics; tracking, analyzing and
- Maintain flexibility in shift assignments as needed to ensure that job responsibilities
- Provide additional services as defined by Company’s authorized personnel.

Position Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or GED Required.
- Standard computer / technology skills needed.
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
- Must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift.
- Must have great attention to detail and have the ability to remain vigilant throughout shift.
- Previous security experience highly preferred.
- Active NJ SORA license or the ability to obtain one, valid driver's license, and open availability is required for this position.
