Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain master security staff schedules using scheduling software and Excel
- Process and coordinate Security Escort Requests (SERs) in real-time
- Handle call-offs and coordinate immediate coverage solutions
- Review and process time-off requests according to department policies
- Monitor overtime usage and implement strategies to minimize excess hours
- Maintain accurate attendance records and scheduling documentation
- Coordinate with security supervisors regarding staffing needs and coverage requirements
- Generate daily staffing reports and scheduling variance documentation
- Support last-minute scheduling changes and emergency coverage needs
- Assist with special events scheduling and additional coverage requirements
- 2 years of experience in scheduling, administrative support, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Experience with scheduling software platforms
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Available to work various shifts as needed
