Responsibilities
As a Recruiter, you will recruit for security officer positions and perform a variety of HR administration functions. Some responsibilities may include:
- Recruiting – Phone screens, interviewing, job offers, & internal transfers.
- Assists with new hire training and orientation.
- Participates in hiring events.
- Maintains personnel files.
- Various HR/Administrative duties.
- District Manager Support.
- Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D, & Disability Insurance, Plus 401K Options.
- 10 Vacation Days Accrued.
- 6 Sick Days
- 4 Floating Holidays per year.
- Holiday Pay – New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
- Floating Holidays – Four floating holiday (Per calendar year)
- Paid Family Leave – up to 12 weeks a year in accordance with State law

- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have reliable means of communication & transportation
- Must have the legal right to work in the USA
- Must have the ability to read, speak and write English
- Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D
- Basic HR knowledge preferred, not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug and background.
