Needs to be flexible and available any day of the week. Needs to be Reliable (a person who does not call out ). Previous security experience preferred; if not, needs to have a good work history and not jump from job to job, and know they want to do security. Not a try it to see if you like it. Self-starter. Good problem-solving skills. Has no issue asking people to leave an area. Good communicator. Can manage himself/herself and Routes with minimal oversight.

Requirements
- Demonstrate reliability with a strong attendance record and commitment to scheduled shifts.
- Must have flexible availability and be able to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, as business needs require.
- Previous security experience is preferred. Candidates without security experience must have a stable employment history and a genuine interest in pursuing a long-term career in security.
- Proven work history that demonstrates dependability and longevity, with minimal job-hopping.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in dynamic situations.
- Confident in enforcing policies and professionally addressing unauthorized individuals, including directing them to leave restricted or unauthorized areas when necessary.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees, visitors, and customers.
- Able to effectively manage assigned patrol routes and responsibilities with minimal oversight while maintaining a high level of accountability.
