Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full onboarding process for new hires, including sending onboarding information, background checks, and scheduling.
- Maintain and track onboarding data using Excel spreadsheets and templates with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ensure all new hires meet compliance and licensing requirements before start dates.
- Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, and training teams to ensure all onboarding timelines are met.
- Monitor onboarding workflows and follow up with candidates to ensure timely completion of required steps.
- Support the HR team in maintaining audit-ready records and documentation.
- Provide excellent written communication to candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with onboarding events, orientations, and first-day coordination as needed.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data entry, tracking, filtering, etc.).
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple onboarding tasks simultaneously.
- Strong written and professional communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
- Experience working in HR, onboarding, or administrative support preferred (not required).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
