Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain safety and security across assigned properties
- Conduct foot and/or stationary patrols depending on site needs
- Observe, report, and respond to security concerns or emergencies
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants, employees, and visitors
- Accurately document incidents, patrols, and daily activities
- Adjust seamlessly between different sites and assignments
- Must be available weekends and holidays
- Must be available for at least TWO of the following THREE shifts:
- Morning
- Evening
- Overnight
- Reliable transportation is required (travel between boroughs and Staten Island is essential)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain alert and professional at all times
- Ability to stand or patrol for extended periods
- Prior security or customer-facing experience preferred but not required
- $24.03/hour competitive pay
