We’re hiring a dependable Shift Lead – Security Officer for overnight coverage at a warehouse facility. Reliable transportation is required, as public transit may not align with the shift. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.

- Control truck access and log vehicle entries/exits
- Monitor CCTV and maintain a secure environment
- Manage visitor sign-in/out and access to the building
- Complete handwritten paperwork and incident reports
- Ensure all security protocols are followed Shift Lead Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support officers on the overnight shift
- Serve as point of contact for issues or escalations
- Track attendance and verify timesheets
- Address performance concerns and provide coaching
- Maintain shift coverage and communication with management Qualifications:
- Prior security experience preferred
- Supervisory experience a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with solid organizational habits
