Core Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary support resource for cardholder management, badging operations, and access assignment requests
- Manage ticket intake, triage, prioritization, and escalation for badging-related requests and issues
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and project teams to create, update, and maintain access levels and permissions aligned with established procedures and guidelines
- Provide Internal training and oversight for badging administrators and other support team members
- Support and maintain audit cardholder data, access levels, and permissions to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Act as a liaison between badging, technology, and project delivery teams to ensure consistent execution
- Provide limited cross-support for incidents impacting access control systems and physical security equipment
