Responsibilities
- Observe and report activities and incidents at assigned client sites
- Provide a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents
- Control access to client locations, verifying credentials and managing visitors
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms in a timely and professional manner
- Complete detailed and accurate reports
- Deliver strong customer service while upholding Securitas standards
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to remain calm and professional in dynamic situations
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Basic computer skills preferred
- Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods

- Strong customer service skills
- Previous administrative or reception work is mandatory
- High level of professionalism
- Sitting, standing and walking for long periods of time
- Moderate level of computer knowledge needed
- Comfortable greeting and talking to new people
- MUST have GED or HS Diploma
