The Finance & Information Management Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate financial tracking, dashboards, and document organization to support operational decision-making and business performance. This role ensures financial data, reports, and internal documentation are structured, current, and accessible, while supporting leadership with reliable reporting and information governance.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Coordination & Reporting
- Track and maintain financial data, including budgets, forecasts, cost allocations, and expenditures
- Support invoicing, billing reviews, and financial reconciliations in coordination with finance teams
- Assist with financial reporting for internal leadership and external stakeholders
- Monitor variances and flag discrepancies for review
- Maintain and organize operational and financial dashboards to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Compile data from multiple sources to support performance tracking and reporting
- Ensure dashboards align with defined KPIs, SLAs, and business objectives
- Organize, maintain, and govern financial, operational, and compliance documentation
- Ensure version control, naming conventions, and document standards are consistently followed
- Support audits, reviews, and compliance requests by providing organized documentation
- Maintain secure access controls for sensitive financial and business information
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting, documentation workflows, and data accuracy
- Support cross-functional teams by providing timely and reliable information
- Assist with standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to finance and information management
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with financial tracking, reporting, or administrative finance support
- Strong organizational and document management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and dashboard/reporting tools
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience managing dashboards or reporting systems
- Familiarity with financial systems, ERP platforms, or invoicing tools
- Experience in operations, security, or large enterprise environments
- Understanding of data governance or compliance standards
