Security Account Manager – Full Time

Wage: $72,404.80/YR
We are seeking a Security Account Manager to lead operations for a high-profile client site. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving service excellence, building a high-performance culture, and developing a motivated, engaged security team.
As an Account Manager you will be performing a variety of management functions for assigned accounts; while providing lead direction to Security Supervisors on requirements, priorities of work and coordinating any necessary needs of the site. If you have experience in positions like Operations Manager, Site Supervisor or Account Manager this role is a great fit for you.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, strengthens team cohesion, and creates a culture of accountability, professionalism, and customer focus. Basic Requirements:
· 18 years of age or older.
· High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
· Above average computer / technology skills needed.
· Impeccable customer service and team leadership skills needed.
· Must have great attention to detail.
· All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
· Must be able to pass an MVR.
· 2 years of Manager experience required.
